Owner of Zagat, Chef Ryan DePersio was the honored guest at Peter Falzo’s restaurant “Peter’s of Millburn” this past Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 for their “Guest Chief Night”. DePersio is also the Executive Chef of Jersey City’s Battello and in-charge of Nico Kitchen + Bar at NJPAC in Newark.
From the “Today Show” to “Chopped,” DePersio has discussed his mastering of Italian family food combined with his background in French food helping him stand apart. A featured meal at “Guest Chef Night” was the popular “Pillows of Heaven” or Ricotta Gnocchi with bone marrow Brioche Steak, part of the five-course meal DePersio treated Peter’s patrons to on Tuesday.
